All sessions are designed on a case by case basis according to individual goals. Most every session will include: breath work (pranayama), physical yoga poses (asanas), and relaxation exercises depending on your specific needs and goals.


During these sessions you will be guided into a deep relaxing meditative state where your body and mind can replenish.  Depending on your needs, different guided meditations can be done and active meditation practices can be taught and practiced as well.

These sessions can be done at Lotus Pathways in downtown Silver Spring, OR in home.

Laura is originally trained in the Sivananda Yogic Tradition. She has studied and incorporates into her sessions a variety of different yoga styles, meditation practices, and teachings mainly from the traditions of Sivananda, Satchidananda, Ammachi, Vinyasa, Jivamukti and Yin Yoga.
